Adam Juckes Photography

1. Each workshop/tour will be charged in full, on the day of booking, unless stated otherwise.

   (1.1) If the participant requests to cancel the workshop/tour 45 days or more prior to the workshop date, then the participant is entitled to a 50% refund.

   (1.2) If the participant requests to cancel the workshop/tour 26-44 days prior to the workshop date, then the participant is entitled to a 25% refund.

   (1.3) If the participant requests to cancel the workshop/tour 25 days or less before the workshop/tour date, then the full fee will be retained by Adam Juckes Photography.

   (1.4) The Participant must make any cancellations in writing by email to: aj@adamjuckes.com

2. After booking the workshop/tour the participant will receive an email confirmation of their workshop, along with an invoice and a receipt post haste.

3. Adam reserves the right to make any amendments to the itinerary of the workshop or tour, however if the amendments are such that the participant will be impacted, then Adam will contact the participant and the participant will be provided with the following options:

   (3.1) Accepting all amendments.

   (3.2) Booking an alternative day/tour or workshop.

   (3.3) Requesting a full refund.

4. In the event that the workshop/tour has to be cancelled due to adverse weather, the participant will be offered to rebook the workshop/tour for a different available date, or book a different workshop/tour of the same value.

5. The participant should understand that all wildlife workshops involve working with wild bird/mammals, in their natural environment, and therefore an amount of flexibility and understanding is required with sightings. In the unlikely event that no wildlife shows up, the participant will be offered another workshop at a discounted price for a future date.

6. Adam Juckes Photography does not accept any responsibility for the loss of, or damage of any items or personal effects owned by the participant, nor does Adam Juckes Photography accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused to the participant. Any such losses are solely the responsiblity of the participant.

7. Adam Juckes Photography does not accept any liability for death, physical injury, illness or any other harm caused to any participant attending one of our workshops/tours.

8. The participant agrees to keep wildlife workshop locations confidential in order to protect the wildlife from unnecessary disturbance.

9. The participant agrees not to return to the locations visited on their workshop(s) for the purpose of promoting their own workshops and/or tours at a future date.

10. The participant is not permitted to disclose locations visited on their workshop, this includes mentioning locations on social media.

11. Adam reserves the right to stop any workshop, if he feels that the behaviour of the participant is, or could have, a detrimental impact on the wildlife. In this situation no refunds or future workshops will be offered to the participant.

12. When travelling to overseas locations, Adam Juckes Photography does not accept liability for any flight cancellations or delays that may lead to a participant being unable to attend. Please make sure that any travel insurance includes cancellation cover in order to claim the full amount back. Adam Juckes Photography will do everything in their power to accommodate the rebooking onto a future trip at a discounted rate.

13. By paying for the workshop/tour the participant agrees to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
